  • Receive Return Instructions: After submitting your return request, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please print the shipping label and attach it to your return package.
  • Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Make sure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship Your Return: Drop off your return package at the nearest shipping facility or schedule a pickup if available. Make sure to keep a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.
  • Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund:

  • Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Issuance: After the inspection is complete, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Return Shipping Costs

    We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns using our prepaid shipping label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
