How to Return Your Order

Find Your Order: Navigate to the "Orders" section and locate the order you wish to return.

Initiate a Return: Select the item(s) you want to return and click the "Initiate Return" button. You will be asked to provide a reason for the return to help us improve our products and services.

Receive Return Instructions: After submitting your return request, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please print the shipping label and attach it to your return package.

Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Make sure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Ship Your Return: Drop off your return package at the nearest shipping facility or schedule a pickup if available. Make sure to keep a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund:

Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Issuance: After the inspection is complete, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Option

If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns using our prepaid shipping label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
