Fill out the complaint form found in the warranty card. The type of fault must be precisely described, as well as your contact details and e-mail address. Then attach the completed form to the shipment along with the original or copy of the proof of purchase.
Log out the device from all accounts and then restore it to factory settings. Also remember to remove the keypad lock code. These actions are necessary for our team to take repair actions. If using Apple devices, you should remotely disable the "Find my phone" service. Remember to remove the SIM card from the device. Leave the phone accessories such as the charger with you - they will not be needed to complete the complaint process.
Send the parcel to us, using the most convenient shipping method for you. Remember that we do accept cash on delivery parcels or parcels sent to collection points.
After we receive the shipment and enter the complaint into the system, you will be notified by e-mail about the acceptance of the device. Then our technicians will immediately start servicing the device. After the order is completed, the device will be sent to the address provided in the complaint form, about which you will also be informed by e-mail.

1. Statutory Consumer Rights
Consumers benefit from statutory rights under applicable Latvian and EU consumer protection law, including the legal guarantee of conformity. These statutory rights are not limited or replaced by this policy.
2. Commercial Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, EVR Solutions, SIA offers a 24-month commercial warranty on refurbished and used devices from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.
3. What the Commercial Warranty Covers
The commercial warranty covers functional defects and non-conformity affecting the device during the warranty period, including:
– failure of the device to function as described
– defects in parts installed by us during refurbishment
– technical faults not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the 24-month period at support@evrsolutions.eu or via our Help Center.
Please include:
– your order number
– a short description of the issue
– photos or video of the issue, where possible
We will review your request and provide further instructions. If inspection is required, the device must be sent to our return and service address:

If the device needs to be inspected, you must send it to our designated return/service address.
After inspection, we will determine the most appropriate remedy, which may include:
– free repair
– replacement with an equivalent refurbished device
– full or partial refund
Repairs may be carried out using original or equivalent-quality compatible parts, depending on availability.
6. What the Commercial Warranty Does Not Cover
The commercial warranty does not cover:
– normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or paint wear
– normal battery ageing or reduction in battery capacity over time
– accidental damage
– liquid damage
– misuse or improper handling
– unauthorized repairs or modifications
– software issues caused by third-party applications, jailbreaking, rooting, or user-installed software
– accessories or consumable items unless explicitly included
7. Refurbished and Used Devices
Our refurbished and used devices may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use. Such cosmetic signs do not affect functionality and are not covered by the commercial warranty unless the product was not as described at the time of delivery.
8. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We may offer paid repair services for devices that are outside the commercial warranty or where the issue is not covered by it. Please contact us for a quote.
9. Important Notes
This commercial warranty does not affect or limit your statutory rights under applicable law.
