1. Order Processing
We try to prepare and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
For products that are in stock:
– orders placed on a working day before 13:00 are usually shipped the same day
– orders placed after 13:00 are usually shipped on the next working day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Product Availability and Dispatch Time
The estimated dispatch time for each product is shown on the product page.
If a product is in stock and ready, it is usually shipped the same or next working day.
If additional refurbishment, testing, or preparation is needed, dispatch may take longer.
3. Pre-Order / Prepared Devices
Some products may need to be sourced, tested, refurbished, or prepared before shipping.
In most cases, these orders are shipped within 2–5 working days.
In rare cases, shipping may take longer if more refurbishment work is required or if the preparation process takes more time than expected.
If this happens, we will inform you.
If a device takes longer to prepare than usual, we may upgrade the shipment to express delivery at no extra cost.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery time starts after the order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
– Baltics (DPD): usually 1–2 working days
– Europe: usually 2–4 working days with standard shipping
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and local conditions.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking information will be provided where available.
6. Delays
We always do our best to ship and deliver orders on time, but delays can sometimes happen due to sourcing, refurbishment, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.
7. Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Frame: Scratches and dents possible.
Battery: ≥80%
Condition: Noticeable wear and tear.
Screen: Deep scratches possible.
Back glass: Scratches present.
Frame: Dents may appear.
Battery: Reduced performance possible.
