Right of Withdrawal – How to cancel your order
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia + EU Consumer Rights Directive). We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day free return period from the day you (or someone you named) receive the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
- Inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to: Email: support@evrsolutions.eu (You can use the model form below or simply write: “I withdraw from order #[order number]”)
- We will reply within 1 working day and send you a free prepaid return label (return shipping is covered by us within Europe).
- Send the device back using the provided label within 14 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if you post the package before the 14 days expire.
- After we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5-7 working days), we will refund the full purchase price + original delivery costs to your original payment method (within 14 days max).
Important rules for returns
- The device must be returned in the same condition as received (including all accessories, original packaging if provided, and fully functional).
- We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g. heavy scratches, missing items, installed software/apps, signs of misuse).
