1. Right of Withdrawal You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums). We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day free return period from the day you (or a third party you named) receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right Send us a clear statement (email is easiest) to: support@evrsolutions.eu or use the Model Withdrawal Form below.

Include your order number and the reason (optional). We will reply within 1-2 working days with a free prepaid return label (we cover the return shipping cost within Europe).

You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if you post them before the 14 days expire.

3. Refunds After we receive and inspect the device:

• We will refund the full purchase price + original delivery costs (except if you chose a more expensive shipping option).
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or sooner after inspection).
• Inspection takes up to 5-7 working days.

4. Special Rules for Refurbished Products

   Our devices are professionally refurbished and may show minor signs of previous use.

   We will inspect all returned items. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

   This may include, for example:
   – use beyond simple testing
   – missing items or accessories
   – damaged packaging
   – visible damage
   – signs of tampering, modification, or repair

6. Important Notes

• Risk of loss or damage during return shipping is on you until we receive the goods (we recommend using the prepaid label).
• All returns go through our Riga office for inspection.
• For warranty claims (24 months), use the same page/process.

WEEE Take-Back Information (Recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)

As a seller of electrical and electronic equipment in Latvia (and EU), we comply with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) and Latvian implementation via the TULPE system and collective schemes (e.g. LETERA).

When you buy a refurbished or used electronic device from us:

• You can return your old equivalent device (same type/function) free of charge (1:1 take-back).
• Small devices (< 25 cm) can often be returned without buying a new one.

Options:

• Use our free return label (request via email: support@evrsolutions.eu).
• Drop off at public collection points in Latvia (find locations via municipal waste sites or TULPE info).
