General Terms and Conditions EVR Solutions, SIA (evr.lv) – Version March 2026

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on evr.lv. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email. All offers are subject to availability. Prices include Latvian VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. We accept major cards, bank transfers, etc. Full payment is required before dispatch. Title to goods passes upon full payment.

4. Delivery We offer shipping across Europe. Dispatch and delivery times depend on product availability, destination, and carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns See separate Returns & Refunds Policy (30-day free returns + 14-day statutory withdrawal).

6. Warranty See separate Warranty Policy (24-month warranty on refurbished/used devices).

7. Liability We are liable only for intent/gross negligence or breaches of essential obligations. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for injury to life/body/health. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.

8. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays/non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, supply chain issues).

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution Latvian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) EU consumers can use the ODR platform for out-of-court disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/odr We are willing to participate in ADR proceedings via PTAC (Consumer Rights Protection Centre) if applicable.

10. Changes We may update these terms. The version at the time of order applies.

11. Withdrawal Function

Consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal using the withdrawal options provided on our website.
